FOCACCETTA
Our not-so-humble ode to focaccia. Think golden edges, a tender crumb, and a topping that doesn’t hold back: slow-cooked onions, oregano, and a three-cheese situation—Gruyère, mozzarella, cheddar—melty and crispy in all the right places. Finished with olive oil and flaky salt, because we have standards.
Pairs well with aperitivo hour, loud conversations, and one more slice.
Ingredients: Water, Dried yeast, Strong white flour, Salt, Olive oil, White onion, Red onion, Dried oregano, Mozzarella, Cheddar, Gruyère.
